Pamplona honors the Romani people and their legacy in the city with a commemorative plaque

Pamplona, Apr. 8 (EFE).- The Pamplona City Council has honored the Romani people and their historical, cultural, and social legacy by placing two commemorative plaques on a pole located near the Arga footbridges (Caparroso beach).
