Michelin-star chefs harvest rice from the Albufera of Valencia together with farmers

Valencia (Spain), Sep 23 (EFE) .- The Denomination of Origin Arròs de Valencia and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana organize a meeting with chefs like Quique Dacosta, from Quique Dacosta restaurant, Begoña Rodrigo, from La Salita, or Lluis Valls, from El Poblet, to live an immersive experience, where they will harvest rice together with the farmers of the Albufera.
