Playa del Carmen (Mexico), Sep 18 (EFE).- Traditional cooks from indigenous peoples warned Friday about the loss of ingredients in Mexican cuisine, considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, due to the lack of consumption due to changes in eating habits and the rejection of new generations.
