A Gazan woman resumes production of the traditional 'fesij' fish after more than two years of Israeli offensive

Jan Yunis (Gaza Strip).- After more than two years of Israeli offensive in Gaza, during which fish has become a scarce commodity, Yawaher Hamuda has decided to resume production of the traditional 'fesij', a salted fish that is widely consumed during the Aïd Al Fitr festival marking the end of Ramadan.
