European Union deploys Election Observation Mission to Sri Lanka

Colombo (Sri Lanka), Sep 19 (EFE/EPA) - The European Union has deployed an Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) for the presidential elections scheduled for Sept. 21 in Sri Lanka, in response to an invitation from the country's Election Commission.
