PASAY (Philippines), 13/04/2026.- Applicants begin to move to recruiting booths for local and overseas opportunities at a job fair in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines 13 April 2026. According to the government’s Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), over 80 percent of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who have been repatriated due to the ongoing Middle East conflict intend to work abroad again. The DMW and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration are planning to facilitate some 200,000 job placements in other regions of the world and are preparing reintegration programs for returning OFWs with benefits in finance, health, welfare, skills training and start-up business opportunities.
