Berlin, Apr 14 (EFE).- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday called for pragmatism in relations with the future Hungarian government, following the defeat of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Sunday's elections in that country, and assured that the Druzbha oil pipeline will be operational by the end of April.CAMERA: SALVADOR MARTÍNEZ.STATEMENTS BY UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT VOLODYMYR ZELENSKY IN BERLIN:"We have promised that it will be repaired by the end of April. Not completely, but enough to make it operational. We won't be able to repair all the storage tanks by then, but the pipeline will be back in service before the end of April. We believe this will coincide with other commitments from European Union countries, particularly with Hungary, which, as is well known, has blocked certain important decisions for us. I am confident that we will cooperate with Hungary; we maintain good relations between our peoples and we are neighbors, so we will continue these relations. As for the country's leaders, I believe we must base our relations on pragmatism. We can also maintain friendly relations based on agreements and treaties. That will only strengthen both countries. And the elections were on the 12th, that is, precisely on a Sunday; the Hungarian people made their decision, and in Ukraine, that day was Easter, that is, the victory of light over darkness, and I think it is very symbolic that it was precisely on that day."
