South Koreans celebrate Chuseok at Gyeongbokgung Palace

Seoul, Sep 16 (EFE/EPA).- People dressed in traditional Korean attire, known as hanbok, visited the Gyeongbokgung Palace during the Chuseok holiday in Seoul on Monday.

Chuseok, one of South Korea's most important traditional holidays, will be celebrated on September 17, 2024.

The festive period runs from 14 to 18 September, and many South Koreans take advantage of it to travel to their hometowns, spend time with family, and pay respect to their ancestors. (Camera: JEON HEON-KYUN).
