TRANSLATION: In that helicopter were people so crucial to us, all heroes who literally gave their lives for their country, in the line of duty. And I am not going to get ahead of the investigations because I don't have them, but something tells me that, whatever happened, it will somehow show us the heroism of these pilots. All of them had a long history in the institutions, in the armed forces, and in the police. What we did was look at who the best were and place them in more relevant positions. And the reason, by the grace of God but through these men, that we were able to identify the majority of gang members so quickly is because these people had already done the groundwork.
