Pope says Singapore has role to play on global stage amid conflicts | Video

Singapore, Sep 12 (EFE).- Singapore has a role to play on the global stage as the world is “threatened by conflicts and wars," Pope Francis said during his first appointment in the city state on Thursday.

Francis arrived in Singapore on Wednesday from Timor-Leste and rested for the day. Singapore is the final stop on the longest trip of his papacy that began in Indonesia and also took him to Papua New Guinea. (Camera: HANDOUT).
