Polls open in St. Petersburg on first day of Russia's regional elections

St. Petersburg, Sep 6 (EFE/EPA) - Half of Russia's regions are holding the first day of regional elections on Friday, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC), which suspended elections in some areas bordering Ukraine.
