Low emissions zone kicks off in Spain's Bilbao

Bilbao, Spain, Sep 16 (EFE) - Bilbao fines from Monday the most polluting vehicles, those that do not have environmental labels, accessing the areas established as low emission zones (ZBE). This measure is taken after 3 months of testing.
