Drug trafficker accused of piloting boat that killed two Guardia Civil officers arrested in Barbate

Barbate, Spain, Sep 20 (EFE) - Karim El Baqqali, accused of being the pilot of the narco-boat that on Feb 9 killed two agents of the Civil Guard in the port of Barbate in Cádiz arrived Friday at the Guardia Civil's headquarters.
