A Coruña Airport boosts flights by 70% as Santiago de Compostela Airport closes for renovation
Culleredo, Spain, Mar 15 (EFE).- The Alvedro Airport in A Coruña will add five destinations, bringing the total to eleven, and increase its flights by 70%, exceeding 50 on some days, during the operational closure of the Rosalía de Castro Airport in Santiago de Compostela, which will run from April 23 to May 27.Representatives from Alvedro Airport presented their plan on Wednesday to handle the flights during the 35 days that the complete renovation of the entire runway pavement in Santiago de Compostela will last.
