La Paz, Sep 21 (EFE) - The management of technological tools, programs, applications and social networks is part of the learning process for young people in peri-urban and rural areas of Bolivia through a project that seeks to expand their employment opportunities and bridge the gap between the countryside and the city, and between men and women.
