Chiang Mai ranks among the world’s most polluted cities
Chiang Mai, Thailand, Apr 6 (EFE/EPA).- The northern Thai city of Chiang Mai ranked among the most polluted in the world on Monday after reaching the top position last week.According to data from Swiss air quality monitoring platform IQAir, the air quality index (AQI) stood at 152 at 20:30 local time. Levels of PM2.5 particles, the most harmful to health, were measured at 57 micrograms per cubic meter of air.
