A bullfighting documentary with Peruvian Roca Rey attracts attention in San Sebastian

San Sebastián (Spain), Sep 23 (EFE).- The documentary "Tardes de soledad" (Afternoons of Solitude), by Spanish director Albert Serra, which follows Peruvian bullfighter Andrés Roca Rey minute by minute during a bullfight, has become one of the premieres that has attracted the most attention at the San Sebastian Festival.

It is a film that is "honest enough and paints a portrait that is complex and rich enough for anyone to approach it," Serra said on Monday at the press conference following the screening at the Zinemaldia, where it is competing for the first time in the Official Section of the festival.
