La Paz, Apr 14 (EFE).– A small lunar rock brought to Earth by the Apollo 17 mission in 1972 was exhibited this Tuesday in Bolivia as a reminder of the South American country’s contribution to the space race, when in 1967 a U.S. scientific mission conducted space-related studies from Mount Chacaltaya, whose peak rises above 5,200 meters above sea level.Camera: Alejandro Mamani.Footage of the exhibition of the moon fragment at the Max Schreier Planetarium, including appearances by its director Mirko Raljevic and physicist Rubbert Muñoz.
