Abbey of Valmagne, South of France, joins European Heritage Days | Video

Villeveyrac (France), Sep 21 (EFE/EPA).- The Abbey of Valmagne, located near the French town of Villeveyrac, in the south of France, is one of the venues for the European Heritage Days.

This is a joint action of the Council of Europe and the European Commission involving all the signatory states of the European Cultural Convention, where new cultural assets are exhibited and historic buildings are opened to the public.

The cultural events emphasize local skills, traditions, architecture and works of art.
